I’m sharing my faith-filled journey of life after 40, where God comes first and everything else flows from there. From retiring after 20 years of service in the U.S. Army to rediscovering joy, understanding and living my purpose, and wellness, this space is about embracing new beginnings with grace and gratitude.  

Here, I celebrate faith, family, fun, fitness, and the freedom to grow at any age. Whether I’m learning something new, reclaiming my health, or just navigating everyday life, I hope to encourage others to live boldly, love deeply, and keep God at the center of it all.
